Is Virgin Hair the same as synthetic or blended hair?
No. Virgin Hair is 100% human hair. It contains no synthetic fibres or blends.
Can Virgin Hair be coloured?
Yes. Virgin Hair can be professionally coloured or toned. We recommend working with an experienced colourist and avoiding excessive lightening to maintain longevity.
Why does curly hair fall under Virgin Hair and not Raw Hair?
Defined curls require steam shaping for consistency. Because raw hair is never altered, it does not come in uniform curl patterns.
Will Virgin Curly Hair revert to straight after washing?
No. Steam-processed textures are designed to hold their pattern when properly cared for. However, excessive heat or improper products may affect the curl definition.
Does Raw Hair last longer than Virgin Hair?
Yes. Raw Hair typically has the longest lifespan because it has never undergone any processing. However, both hair types can last beautifully with proper care.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal for all human hair wigs. Tangling is usually the result of dryness or product buildup. Proper moisturising and gentle handling are key.
How should I care for my wig?
- Use sulphate-free shampoo
- Deep condition regularly
- Avoid excessive heat
- Detangle gently from ends to roots
- Store properly when not in use

Raw Hair is rare, single-donor, and completely untouched. Its exclusivity, durability, and sourcing process place it in the ultra-luxury category.
How long will my order take to process?
Your order will take 7-10 working days to process and then ship out.
Do your wigs come bleached and plucked?
Not by default but you can send us an email or DM for FREE customisations. NOTE: customisations can add 2-3 working days to your processing time.
