Hair Care Guide
Hair Care Guide
Your wig is an investment in luxury. With the right care, it will maintain its softness, movement, and beauty for years to come.
This guide is designed to help you properly care for both Virgin Hair and Raw Hair, ensuring longevity and effortless wear.
Washing Your Wig
Clean hair is healthy hair, but over washing can shorten the lifespan of your wig.
How Often to Wash
- Every 5-7 wears if you only wear your wig for the day.
- If your wig installs last more than 7 days, after every removal
- When there’s noticeable product buildup
How to Wash Your Wig
- Gently detangle the hair from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.
- Apply a sulphate-free shampoo, smoothing downward, never scrubbing!!
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Follow with a moisturising conditioner or deep conditioner.
- Allow the hair to air dry on a wig stand.
TIP: Always wash in a downward motion to preserve cuticle alignment.
Conditioning & Moisture
Human hair wigs do not receive natural oils, so moisture is essential.
Conditioning Tips
- Deep condition every 2–3 washes
- Focus conditioner on mid-lengths to ends
- Avoid heavy products near the knots or lace
For curly textures:
- Use a leave-in conditioner or curl cream while the hair is damp
- Scrunch gently to enhance curl definition
Styling & Heat Use
Both Virgin Hair and Raw Hair can be heat-styled, but moderation is key.
Heat Guidelines
- Always use a heat protectant
- Keep tools below 190°C (375°F)
- Avoid excessive daily heat styling
For curls and waves:
- Refresh with water or leave-in conditioner instead of heat
- Finger-style or use a diffuser on low heat if needed
Night Care & Storage
Proper storage prevents tangling and dryness.
Night Routine
- Gently detangle
- Braid or loosely twist the hair
- Store in a silk or satin bag
Long-Term Storage
- Place wig on a mannequin head or in its original box
- Keep in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight

To preserve the integrity of your wig:
- ❌ Alcohol-heavy products
